In almost every movie, the underdog confronts their childhood bully and beats them at the climax of the film. As much as we want this to resemble real life, that often doesn’t happen. In real life, we see the jerks getting ahead. From celebrities, leaders in business, to youtubers it seems like the jerks are winning. Why does it seem like stepping on someone is the way to get ahead? Is it possible to be nice and successful? In this video, I discuss just that.
