1 oz. or 30 ml. Old Tom Gin
2 oz. or 60 ml. Sweet Italian Vermouth
Bar Spoon of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass over Cherry
1898 Dry Martini:
Build in Shaker
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. London Dry Gin
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Dry French Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Strain into glass over Cherry
Garnish with an Orange Twist
1901 Dirty Martini:
Build in Shaker
Add
1 Olive
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. London Dry Gin
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. French Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Muddle
Add ice and shake
Strain into a glass
Garnish with Lemon Twist
Perfect (A La Hyland):
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. London Dry Gin
1 oz. or 30 ml. French Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 tsp. Olive Brine
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
