In a Mortar and Pestle
Add
1 Pinch of broken up Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
Grind into a powder
4 oz. or 120 ml. Madeira
Grate Nutmeg on top
Juice of Half a Lemon
Stir with Pestle
Filter into glass
Top with more Nutmeg
Optional: Additional 4 oz. or 120 ml. Madeira
Optional: Bar spoon *"Rustic" Sugar
*"Rustic" Sugar
Mix of Turbinado Sugar
Black Strap Molasses
Water
Sangaree 1865
Build in shaker
Add
4 oz. or 120 ml. Madeira
.5 Tablespoon Turbinado Sugar
Add crushed ice and shake
Open pour into glass
Top with Grated Nutmeg and Lots of Mint
