I rediscovered a cocktail he invented, the Chiapparoni The mix of coffee, tequila, and bitters creates a smoky, complex flavor, reminiscent of a Negroni but with its own unique twist.

In mixing glass add 1 oz. Mr. Black, 1 oz. Reposado Tequila, .75 oz. Amaro di Angostura and 2 dashes of Cocoa Bitters. Add ice and stir. Strain into glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
