This second dev log for my cute little RPG-like game with programmable robots was supposed to be about how I'm using Tiled as my level editor.
However, while I implemented new uses for Tiled, I suddenly had a few realizations.
But all of a sudden I ended up porting the project to the Godot Engine.
And so, this dev log ended up with a slightly different focus than first planned :)
By the way.
All you fellow game devs out there.
Do you prefer working with a premade engine, making one yourself or maybe a bit of both?
Please let me know in the comments below!
NB: C++ is still my favorite language, and will still be used in a bit part of the future videos on this channel ;)
