I wanted my life to be more organized, more purposeful. But every year by Valentine’s Day, my lists sat abandoned, and I comforted myself with promises to get back on track... sometime...
Some years, I felt trapped in a cycle of guilt and disappointment, especially after I became a mama, went through trauma, and had less energy to focus on my own growth.
THEN I SHIFTED PERSPECTIVE... AND WOW.
The transformation was life-altering!
Instead of trying to keep up with checklists, I began asking myself:
"Does this align with the focus God has given me for this year?"
