Every POTA activator dreams of a bottomless pileup, but what happens when you have to walk away from it? In this 8-bit winter adventure, I hit the park hoping for a few quick QSOs from US-1737 Fort DuPont State Park in Delaware City, Delaware on Sunday, January 11, 2026, but the 40m absolutely exploded with activity. Watch as I manage a non-stop wall of sound, right up until the moment I was forced to go QRT when the band was wide open and no shortage of hunters.
