The Tuckerman Ravine hike up was a serious commitment, both physically and time-wise, but it gave us the chance to experience some of the most unique terrain the East Coast has to offer. You won’t find anything like it in-bounds, especially this late in the season.
One of the best surprises? The Tuckerman hike turned into a great chance to connect with two backcountry-savvy fans of the channel and enjoy some true type-one fun while navigating some seriously technical terrain.
If you’re in the area this spring and have the right crew and gear, a Tuckerman Ravine trip is absolutely worth it.
