Hans Halvorson, professor of philosophy at Princeton, joins me to discuss the relationship between religion and science and whether a scientist could ever appeal to God to explain some aspect of the natural world. We also touch on what philosophy in general has to contribute to science, as well as the place of philosophy in the world at large.
