Raw pork for breakfast? In Germany it's completely normal — it's called Mett, and people eat it every day. But raw pork can carry dangerous bacteria and a parasitic worm called Trichinella. So how is it safe to eat? In this video I look at what Mett actually is, the real risks behind it, and the system of controls that lets Germans eat raw pork with surprisingly low risk.
