This is a recording of a public lecture that was delivered live at the Eureka Centre on 06/04/2023. In this talk, Bruce Gooley explores the Geelong steam ferries that operated from 1841 until 1938 - an essential Goldfield’s maritime service.
Talking History is a forum for the sharing of research into the history of the Ballarat region, with a special focus on the colonial period.
