The P Tobin Oration honours the contribution of the late P Tobin OAM to the commemoration of the Eureka Stockade. In 2021, the oration was presented by acclaimed singer-songwriter and Eureka descendant, Shane Howard AM. Shane spoke about his songs of protest and social justice, including ‘Rebel Song’, which celebrates his ancestral connection to the Eureka Stockade.
