I thought Dead Space: Extraction was going to be a bad game, but Visceral Games' on-rails Wii shooter turned out to be so much better than I ever expected.

Not only is it an interesting twist on the Dead Space formula, it also feels like part of the family with it's familiar gameplay mechanics, well-told story and nods to the series' first game.

And then, there's also Dead Space 2's DLC, Severed, which continues it story. Make sure you stick around for a chat about that as well...
