Tip of the Spear is the best mission in Bungie’s fantastic Halo Reach, originally released on Xbox 360, a triumphant romp which features so much of what we all love about the Halo series.
Whether you’re a fan of Halo’s more cinematic side, Halo's sandbox gameplay or Halo's terrific level design, you will be very well catered for, with little more than a minute ever passing without something new and exciting happening during Tip of the Spear.
It is also a vital part of Halo Reach’s campaign, helping raise its intensity at just the right moment, as the game nears its second, rather more depressing half.
