Most CrossFitters assume a 20 minute AMRAP like Cindy is pure aerobic pain.

But the data says otherwise.

In this clip, Gommaar from WOD Science breaks down VO2 max testing during Cindy and explains why even with a high heart rate, most athletes are only working at about 60 to 65 percent of their VO2 max.
