Rachel, the Court Administrator, likely from England wants to know why she can't lock people out of a public courthouse when the during regular business hours. I see here and think U.N. infiltration. She is the epitomy of why a law was put in place saying you had to be a natural born citizen to work in government. (Natural Born Citizen means that both of your parents were boaarn in the United States.)
Remember how 500 U.S. cities had (erroneously) signed on as 'Sustainable Cities' before we started catching on to the fact that it was a U.N. initiative? Well, that is what Rachel reminds me of.
