Uploaded December 2025 | Updated September 2026, 2 weeks ago
In this video, I discuss the network gap and how unequal access to professional networks impacts Black women navigating toxic workplaces and career transitions. Drawing from research and lived experience, I challenge narrow definitions of “strong networks” and affirm the power that already exists within our communities. We explore how three key factors shape access to opportunity while naming the hidden barriers Black women face in corporate spaces. This conversation also looks at how technology, AI, and entrepreneurship are shifting the rules and creating new pathways forward. If you are rebuilding your career, reclaiming your confidence, or planning your next pivot, this video is for you.
