In 2014, when I ran my food truck, this bacon kimchi fried rice bulgogi burrito was the single best thing you could get out of a truck, besides my grilled cheese, of course. And as a retired food truck professional, I've seen some shit, I saw people prep, what they bought, how they treated their business, so naturally, I didn't trust nobody.
However, this product from the @Korilla BBQ truck had flavors I never tasted before, intense sweet caramelized beef, a kimchi bacon fried rice that was a textural masterpiece and kimchi, Korean flavors, wrapped in a burrito. Something probably not out of the blue today, but back then, this thing annoyed me by how good it was. And for some reason, it creeped back into my brain recently so I reverse engineered it so I can have it back in my life.
