You can drink the Flask of Wondrous Physick to receive temporary buffs based on the Crystal Tears you mix in it. Similarly to your red and blue flasks, the Wondrous Physick is a reusable item: you can only carry one charge of the flask at a time, but if you rest at a grace, fast travel, or die, it will automatically refill and you can use it again. This is one of Elden Ring's best items and this video will explain the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
