Soviet lenses like the ΠΠΈΡ-1B and Helios 44-2 been on the rise since Greig Fraser use them on the Batman, the Creator and Dune Part 2. This video we are talking about the MIR-1B 37mm f2.8 lens which often paired as the wide angle lens for the Helios 44-2, but why? As its not even from the fact manufacture and not from the Helios Lens family. In this video I am gonna explore why, but also find out how to modify the Mir-1B to have a PL-mount.
