I have a 3/8 to Junior pin adapter in my AC bag. I have notice many times when a high angle shot is planned, they team hasn't rented the right gear for it and they would need to shitty rig unsafe setups.

So I then have to bring out my 3/8 to Junior Pin adapter, we can then put it under the tripodhead so we can mount it on either a combo stand or c-stand to get a proper high angle shot.
