Hello everyone!

D Mills is back doing the East Sussex Cross Country circuit this week! (Whitbread Hollow) Beachy Head.

Not a cross country specialist, he often gets frustrated at being mugged up hills by people he would normally comfortably beat at Parkrun!

As always he give his upmost to finish as high up as he can and there is a MASSIVE downhill at the end for him to make up huge amounts of time!
