Miragia X was a legend of the High Republic era — a female Elomin performer with a voice like velvet and a presence that could still a room. She drifted from world to world, performing wherever the moment called: glittering concert halls, smoky cantinas, open-air stages at the edge of wild space. Her life was movement, her art wrapped in mystery, and her fame endured long after her final show.
Who Said That is a rare turn toward satire. Framed as a story told with a knowing smile, it paints the scene of an unnamed singer berating someone mid-performance — hurling threats, name-dropping Hutts and bounty hunters, pulling pay, promising monsters, all over a missed note. And then, as if nothing happened, the show rolls on.
Whether drawn from something she witnessed or simply heard whispered backstage, Miragia delivers it with amused detachment — a portrait of ego in full bloom. Over the years, Who Said That has been read as a sly jab at the more self-important performers she crossed paths with during her travels.
