Golgoro is an Aloxian artist — a proud man shaped by a hardened life. Born and raised in the Outer Rim, far from the polished stages of the Core, he grew up believing that art should carry weight, not just rhythm. He performs rarely, promotes even less, and seems wholly uninterested in how the wider entertainment industry works — or how it sees him.
His signature track, "Son of a Separatist Hero," is a solemn tribute to his father, a soldier who fought for the Separatist cause during the Clone Wars. The song moves to a deep, steady beat, with wooden flutes threading through the verses like a second voice — airy, haunting, and unresolved. The tone is restrained, even reverent, but the message is clear: the Republic was no savior in the Outer Rim, and the cost of that war never faded.
Sung in Huttese, the lyrics recount a father who stood against the clones, defied the Jedi, and tried to warn of what the Republic would become. The song resonates with those across the Rim who still feel the betrayal — worlds that backed the Separatists, only to be consumed by the Empire that followed.
The final verse delivers its message plainly, aimed straight at the Core:
“Now we pay the price twice — once for the foolishness of the Republic, and then again for the evil of the Empire.”
