This is Episode One-Hundred Ninety for my channel, and is #73 in my "Dispelling the Accusatory Fog" video series! Today's video is titled "Who Came to Visit & Counsel President Nelson Before He Died? The Church announced the passing of President and Prophet Russell M. Nelson around 12 midnight of September 10th, 2025, but I, of course, was fast asleep by then. With President Nelsen being one hundred and one years old, and having started his one hundred and second year on this planet just this past 9th of September, and it being the middle of his eighth year as president and prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, … we all pretty much knew that his time here on earth was close to its completion, and he would follow the prophets and presidents of the Church who went before him, where he would go and join them on the heavenly councils of the Lord in paradise. … We knew it was very close. In fact, President Nelsen was the oldest president in the history of the Church. I have to say that I’m a bit emotional about it, as I have grown to love President Nelsen with every passing day that he served the Church membership for more than 41 years as an apostle, and especially during the last seven plus years as the Prophet and President of the Church. Because I have sincerely tried my best to emulate his teachings and example, I accepted his invitations of how to be more Christlike. As I have done so, I have felt my love for him grow, … and so, like I said, I feel a bit of sadness at the loss of his example’s “living light”. I have simply added his light and teachings, … to the Savior’s light, which light stands brightly lit on the heavenly hill for all of us to lock onto as we press forwards towards being with him.
