Boko Haram is the name of an Islamist group founded in Northern Nigeria though they are also active in neighbouring Cameroon, Benin, Chad and Niger, being one of the largest such groups in Africa. In this video I look at their origin, ideology and beliefs, as well as their more famous action like that of the kidnapped schoolgirls of Chibok and later splits within the group.
