A bronze block, lightweight and highly optimized triple expansion engine featuring piston valves and different valve gear on each pressure stage. This engine indicates at one mechanical horsepower at 100 PSI live steam exhausting to backpressure. I have yet to indicate it at 200 PSI with a suitable condensing system vacuum on the exhaust.
