Hi there, everybody. I got a question from Pamela and it's, what are the top three management styles being utilized right now? Pamela, it's great that you're academic like that. For those of you that don't know, there are all kinds of different management styles that are out there. There's autocratic, there's consultative, there's persuasive, there's democratic, chaotic, lassé faire. There's management by walking around. There's even something that's called Asian paternalistic; no idea what that actually is. Pamela, I'll tell you what. I don't actually care what the management styles, what popular management styles are that are out there because it's kind of the flavor of the week as you can tell from that list, and that's a very small portion of the list. There's all kinds of definitions. The thing is, is that one-size-fits-all management styles actually don't fit any. You need to customize your management style to the team that you have. Sure, you might actually have some sort of default that you use that covers most of the basis, but if you aren't switching up the way that you're talking to your team, the way that you're dealing with your team, managing your team, leading your team to each individual person, then you are leaving productivity on the table. While emotional intelligence gets talked about and is very important to what's going on, it isn't a one-size-fits-all fix for everything in your management style and your life. You need to focus on the person and what is going to get them to be working at peak efficiency. Make those adjustments. One-size-fits-all doesn't fit a thing. Thank so much, Pamela.
