On this episode, author and investigative journalist Nick Cook comes back on the show to discuss the completion of his new, serialized book on consciousness and the UAP phenomenon, “The Light Beyond the Mountain.”
The book, published on Cook’s Substack “Rogue Icons,” analyzes the UAP hydra from the perspectives of technology and consciousness, coming to a number of startling conclusions that synthesize much of the leading edge thinking around UFOs and human cognition.
Cook is the author of several books, most notably “The Hunt for Zero Point,” which examines the clandestine development of anti-gravitic technology.
Through a detailed review of research from Donald Hoffman, Ingo Swann, Philip K. Dick, Robert Bigelow, Edgar Mitchell, Jacques Vallee, Kit Green, Garry Nolan, M. Teoradani, and many others, Cook demonstrates how UFOs and other anomalous phenomena are connected to our perceptual systems and how they relate to deeper level reality.
The book, to my mind, represents major progress in UAP research, consciousness studies, information theory, and the simulation hypothesis.
