To find the Nikita in Metal Gear Solid 2, visit the Shell 2 Core's flooded B1 level. Follow the route shown in the video to find the Nikita location on Normal, Hard and Extreme difficulities. The Nikita location on Very Easy and Easy is on the same path, only sooner, so the same route applies.

Once you have the Nikita, return to the level above, and you will find the Nikita vent in the middle room by climbing the box and firing north.
