From humble beginnings selling olive oils, dressings and hand creams through an honesty box from a small bungalow-style room, Rich Glen Olive Estate now bottles over 200,000 litres of olive oil and produces over 150 products on the farm.
With four generations working together, Ros and the Vodusek family have collaborated closely with farmers in the Murray River region to produce experimentations such as peach, ginger and gin jam with a hint of chilli that pairs perfectly with local wine and cheese.
These experimentations and collaborations have extended into creating a signature range for the day spa and hotel accommodation at The Sebel Yarrawonga, the luxury hotel based on the shores of Lake Mulwala.
