Try out this laid-back turnaround line if you’re looking for something that will highlight the V, IV and I chords in a 12-bar blues solo.
This one mainly focuses on targeting the root notes and major 3rd’s of the V and IV chords when they appear in the progression.
In my personal opinion, of the four chord tones in a dominant 7th chord, the root and major 3rd are the two strongest ones to land on when the chords change.
