New here? I'm Ross. I'm from a small fishing village off the north coast of Scotland but today I live and work as a professional guitarist and educator in Nashville, Tennessee.

It's been over 20 years since I got my first electric guitar for Christmas. In that time I've come to learn what does and does not matter for long term progress. Particularly pertaining to intermediate players who are struggling to get out of their plateau.
