Food. We need it to survive. So maybe it's not surprising that many fix there daily routine and work schedule around it. While many like to discuss the quantity and quality of your diet, one factor i also think is important is when. So given some recent randomized controlled crossover trial looked into this, i thought it was time to talk about time in food consumption. They all seem to reach the same conclusion; so let’s take a quick look through them to see what, address the limitations and discuss what this all means. But firstly, why might timing of food consumption be important?
