In the August 2026 release of Autograph, there are several updates that will benefit animators - especially in anime production studios and a few little tweaks to help everyone else too.
Autograph now supports vertical text. You can use Autograph's powerful text animation system, text on a path, and you can even toggle a layer between vertical and horizontal text
The new Edge Smoother modifier is great for adding anti-aliasing to animation cells or just to add a bit more natural softness to your 3D renders.
The new Forward Warp Method in the Vector Blur modifier gives you more control and provides some very useful updates - especially when working with vector passes from your 3D renders.
The Noise Generator has some new looping options.

00:12 - New Edge Smoother Modifier
02:06 - Vertical Text Support
03:52 - Vector Blur Modifier Update
07:48 - Noise Generator Updates
Designed for motion designers, 2D/3D artists, content creators, and compositors, Autograph offers a professional foundation for creative experimentation and production, now FREE to anyone who wants to get started. Autograph brings together 2D animation, compositing, and 3D capabilities in a unified environment optimized for speed and flexibility.
