We've all heard about face mapping, and how through our clear, or not-so-clear skin, can reveal the health and balance or our internal body. It can also explain why we get breakouts, acne, whiteheads, blackheads in specific areas of our face. Well today, we're exploring another mirror to our body, the tongue. In TCM, the tongue's been used for hundred of years to help doctors determine the current state of our bodies, including our mental health and wellbeing, and our diet, and lifestyle choices. So Fel pays a visit to Ansgar Lee, a licensed acupuncturist and TCM expert, to share all the deets!!
