BIG CHANGES to the VA Loan Starting January 1st 2020 under the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act. These changes will affect the VA Home Loan county-specific limits, VA Loan Funding Fee for Active Duty, Reserve & Gaurd members, and the funding fee for recipients of the purple heart.
