Episode 14: What I eat in a day | Trying out PowerLifting
Today was great! I was able to reunite with an old highscool classmate/friend who introduced me to the world of fitness. I'm loyal with calisthenics but I just couldn't say no to him! Mixing some basic weight training with bodyweight training.
Also I am going to show you the general scopes of intermittent fasting and on what I eat on a daily basis, hope you enjoy this one!
