Carol Daniel and historian Gwen Moore talk about the Mill Creek Valley neighborhood. The neighborhood was once the center of Black life in St. Louis, home to nearly 20,000 people and 5,000 buildings. Moore curated the new exhibit at the @MOHistoricalSociety, "Mill Creek: Black Metropolis," which explores the neighborhood's rich history and its intentional erasure from the St. Louis landscape.
