This What I Ate Wednesday food day was shot on the day after St. Patrick's day, Wednesday March 18th. I had some nice filling food on that day, starting with vegetable pancakes for brunch and a delicious Irish stew for dinner.
I also had a little surprise with my grocery delivery this week when I received 3 bags of sweet potatoes instead of just 3 sweet potatoes. I still have a couple of bags left until today. So I need some ideas to use them up. Leave me a comment for any suggestions. :)
