Hugo Barbosa Vazquez, Vice President Head of Market Analysis & Forecasting at Philips visited this year's MBA Career Fair to interview our students. Being an RSM alum himself, he knows how doing an MBA can change your perspective on business.

We asked him what he is looking for in candidates, how MBAs can contribute to companies such as Philips and what he sees as best practices when interviewing with recruiters. He advised students to use all their MBA skills and analyse the company from every possible financial, governance and business angle before the interview.
