Your mind wants pleasure now.

Your intelligence wants what's best for you later.

Here's what nobody tells you:

You are not your thoughts.

Your mind is a tool.
A very loud, demanding tool.

But it's not you.

The problem:

Most people are servants to their mind.

Mind says: "Check your phone."
→ They check.

Mind says: "Eat that."
→ They eat.

Mind says: "Stay comfortable."
→ They stay.

They think they're deciding.
Their mind is deciding for them.

In Sanskrit, there's a word: buddhi.
Your higher intelligence.

The part that steps back and observes your mind.'

The part that says: "I see what my mind wants. I'm choosing something else."

This is the shift:

Mind = servant pretending to be master
You = the actual master

Mind screams: "This feels urgent!"
Intelligence asks: "Is this important?"

Mind demands: "I need this now."
Intelligence decides: "This can wait."

The ones who burn out?
Servants to their mind.

The ones who sustain?
Masters of their mind.

That split second between what the mind wants and what you choose?

That's buddhi.

That's where your power lives.

Every time you pause between impulse and action, you're training it.

Most people never make this shift.

They spend their life thinking they ARE their mind.

The highest performers?

Let their mind speak.
But their intelligence decides.

Next time your mind screams, pause.
Notice: "That's my mind talking."
Then ask: "What does my intelligence say?"

Stop being the servant.
Become the master.
