This is just a short video explaining the terms "mental" "physical" as they are used in contemporary academic philosophy of mind. I also give very basic explanations of Dualism and Physicalism. This video functions as a transition within Introduction to Philosophy between the unit where we read all 6 of Descartes' Meditations and the unit where we focus on the mind-body problem.
