YouTube growth and growing a business are discussed with Drew Fisher from Fisher's Shop. We discussed his woodworking project plans and what separates them from bad plans. We discuss Drew's background, how/why he started a YouTube channel, what projects he is currently working on, and how he has learned to be so engaging on YouTube. We may also discussed Drew's recommendations for new video creators and what advice he may have for those starting new YouTube channels.
Drew explains why sponsorships on YouTube can be challenging and how the benefits sometimes do not outweigh the complications that can come about. We also discussed how to avoid burnout on YouTube and how YouTube has changed over the last five years.

The winner will have a video clip of the winner’s YouTuber content critiqued by Nate from the “Channel Makers” channel. Nate will be our guest on March 14 and will “ROAST” two or three video clips (up to 30 seconds) from different channels. Your channel could be one of those channels if selected in the February 21st livestream. The winner must be present to win and the video clip will be selected by RT Branham. By entering the drawing you give permission to RT Branham to select a clip of your videos on YouTube and you give permission to Nate/RT to be critical of your YouTube video clip while giving feedback that to improve the quality of the video.
Here are some general rules for the Giveaway and Drawing:
1. No rules, implied or stated, supersede the YouTube’s contest policies and guidelines (support.google.com/youtube/answer/1620498?hl=en)
2. Comments in the chat of youtu.be/TECGbU5SQxY (i.e. this livestream) that include keyword noted in "To Enter the Drawing" are considered entries for the giveaway.
3. Attempts to create multiple entries is in violation of the rules and may result in forfeit of entry in drawing.
4. After the winner is announced, the winner will receive direction from RT Branham on how redemption will be executed.
5. You must be present in the livestream to win.
