We landed a few blows against the legal machine & monster and they're using every dirty trick to evade public scrutiny.
The Crown unexpectedly asked for a publication ban during my trial for Mischief.
The Judge ordered the courtroom cleared and the Zoom links terminated, while the Crown seeks a ban on all pretrial evidence.
Why? The short answer is that only people who try to hide their actions are those who know their actions are wrong or shameful. In this case the Crown does not want the Public to know that they have no evidence that would justify these charges. They want to continue to punish and vilify me and many others with their punitive process.
As far as I know all others who are accused from the Freedom Convoy have open & public trials, but me.
The Crown and Judge have now also indicated that my trial for mischief wont proceed until 2025.
Stay tuned, this fight is going to take a while to destroy this legal machine. Next appearance is in 1 week on December 7th.
