Fast Track is an Emergency Department extension that focuses on immediate medical attention for conditions outside of a traditional emergency room. Fast Track primarily treats injuries and illnesses that can’t wait for a regular provider, but are not serious enough for the ER.

• No appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome
• Open seven days a week, including evenings and holidays
• Treating a variety of non-life-threatening conditions and other general medical needs that arise in unforeseen situations.
• Fast Track wait times are often much shorter than the ER

Emergency care is required during an emergency condition when a life-threatening condition may require advanced treatment, such as a heart attack or stroke, a serious head injury, or other severe trauma

Fast Track is designed for those non-life-threating conditions that require immediate medical attention. Fast Track also frees up the Emergency Department to receive others who have more critical conditions. When your provider is not available, our Fast Track is here for you especially on evenings, weekends and holidays. For more information visit fdihb.org/fasttrack
