Thank you Greasewood Chapter for hosting our first Just Move It Run/Walk event of 2023!! It was amazing to see the community come out and enjoy a great evening of being physically active.
Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board (FDIHB) Inc. Healthy Living and Outreach Division- Health Promotion Disease Prevention is excited to announce the launch of the 2023 Just Move It (JMI) Series! JMI is a non-competitive running & walking program hosted at various communities to encourage individuals and families to be physically active. We encourage everyone to come out and join us this summer at the following locations listed below:
Wide Ruins Community School | June 21, 2023

Oak Springs/Pine Springs Chapter | July 12, 2023

Crystal Chapter | July 19, 2023

**JMI Event Agenda (All Sites)**
- Registration 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Warm Up 6:20 p.m.
- Walk/Run Start 6:30 p.m.
**Important Participation Information**
- Please bring water bottle, sunscreen, wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
- NO PETS allowed at all sites
- Eat a healthy snack before participating
- If you have diabetes, please check your blood sugar before participating.
