Recently I was looking through Google Maps and came across a place just outside of Jamul that claimed to be San Diego's version of Stonehenge, Diego Henge. I've lived in San Diego for my entire life aside from a few years in the Army, and I had never heard of any place called Diego Henge, so there was only one thing to do. Drive out there and check it out.

Diego Henge is located a few miles off California State Route 94, a historic highway that follows the same path as an old stagecoach road between San Diego and Yuma. There are a lot of great things to check out along this drive. Is Diego Henge another worthy stop?
