Cedar Point continues to work on the area near Wicked Twister that was once occupied by Extreme Sports Stadium, formerly Oceania. With the 2018 season now well underway, park guests are not certain what the park is up to next. Will it be a stage? Will it be a new thrill attraction? Coaster Addict Deshawn was out at the park and got a quick peek at the progress being made by construction crews from outside the fences of the new construction area.

The 2019 Winter Warm Up was held at Carowinds amusement park, showcasing numerous updates from the best and brightest parks in the region. Prior to a weather-shortened construction tour of Carowinds Copperhead Strike roller coaster, presentations were made by Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Six Flags Over Georgia, Dollywood, and Carowinds. This annual event is held by and for American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE). The event was jam-packed with great news from the parks, interactive questions from the members in attendance, great food, and so much more!
Special thank you to all of the park representatives, to the regional ACE team, ACE President, and all of those who made this annual event happen!
