Federal prosecutors say 38-year-old Christopher Perry of Rocklin was investigated over an alleged plot targeting a UFC championship event held at the White House in June. Investigators say Perry participated in a Signal chat group planning an attack and allegedly discussed targeting AI data centers in California. The FBI says it recovered several guns and more than 2,000 rounds of ammunition. Perry faces federal charges for illegal firearms possession and destroying records during a federal investigation and is due in court Monday.
